We have been in the restaurant equipment and convenience store fixture business since 1978! Our founders had a vision of placing fried chicken in every convenience store in the south. They succeeded by becoming the Henny Penny distributor of North and South Carolina in the summer of ’78. This year, we turn the big 4-0!

We have 24/7/365 service support to assist our clients through challenging times. With our 4-hour call response window, we will respond with a live, human being to first diagnose the situation is resolvable over the phone or not. If we are not successful in resolving the issue, we will then dispatch a technician, either in-house or third party, to get everything back up and running in no time.

Completing a vision starts with a plan. We take workflows, food safety, customer traffic and ADA compliance all into consideration in the design and layout phase. We provide detailed AutoCAD equipment layouts, details and schedules to ensure requirements are met, so installations go smooth. During this phase, we are also making equipment and fixture recommendations to fit function and budget requirements.

There is nothing worse than a truck showing up and dropping off the goods right at the front door; only to leave it to the customer to figure out how to put it all together and get it into place – that is if it arrives without damages.

Before frustration sets in, let us deal with the headaches of receiving, inspection and claims if there are damages. With our flexible, white glove delivery service, we will deliver the goods on our trucks when it is needed, not keep our clients waiting all day as the big LTL guys do. Our professional installers can deal with the heavy lifting, assembly, and removal of all the crating and packaging leaving our clients with nothing to do but run their businesses.
